Great integration and easy implementation
The ease to integrate into an existing system for end users as well as reporting needs were great! There was nothing I disliked about it - except maybe we could have had a choice between ECCM (ERPM) or EPICOR MYSQL which would be nice but isn't available now from what i can tell since they merged? Make sure you know how much customization each product offers/requests/needs because some do not offer anything new compared to legacy systems. If you just need standard reports then this will work fine if you don't go too crazy with customizations. It allowed us to pull all data out of one source instead of needing multiple sources like excel spreadsheets etc so everything made sense when pulling report information together.

- Ability To customize your own interface colors, layouts & more
- Inability Of End UsersTo create their OWN Reports OR Modify Existing ones is really handy especially knowing there's limited access due tot he amount required by staff member who created
