Neat, comfortable for the back. Arrived with no external defects. The armrests are still holding up normally, there was no loosening (the mounts themselves are metal). I assembled it personally, so if there really are problems, the problem is not in the assembly, but in the chair. The cons have not yet been noticed, the back felt the pluses itself. It is hard to see in the photo, there is a bend, when you lean on or sit straight (in the sense, without hunching over and not leaning towards the keyboard), you get the perfect emphasis. I would recommend this if the price does not scare.
