Let me just say I love my vacuum cleaner, have had it for a few months now. The suction power is good and I like the WiFi. I get the most out of my house when it's not in high suction mode. This makes my filter gross and after emailing the company (original offer has disappeared since purchase) I have not received any information on where to purchase it. I was asked for my order number and that's all I heard. Such a good vacuum and all, but if you can't get parts for it, is it really worth the price? Since I cannot buy a new one, I am currently looking for a new vacuum cleaner and can definitely say that I will not buy this one again.
