I bought this shoe 2 years in a row for my 4 year old daughter. The quality is second to none. She wears a uniform with a yellow shirt and I love how the polka dots add a bit of fun color to her boring school uniform. At the end of the school year (9 months of use 2 times a week) the shoes were in good condition, one spot on the front toe began to wear out. There are many reasons for this: My daughter pulls her feet back when walking, riding a scooter, karting, etc., and I don't feel that the quality is affected otherwise. The shoes also come with an insole to extend the life of the shoe for growing feet.
