I really like how easy it was to get up-and running with BIENIUS, compared to other ETL tools we were using previously that had very steep learning curves.
The team at BiGenius are extremely helpful and responsive -- anytime you need assistance or have additional questions about their platform they're more than happy to help. It would be great if there was some way of allowing users to schedule jobs in advance (at least for simple tasks) so as not to wait for support staff during business hours. We use Bienus primarily to pull data from multiple sources into one system so that we can create our own dashboards and reports within BIENIUS itself.
