Also if you are looking for someone who will help with your account anytime then they do provide 24/7 support as well which I personally like. As of now there isn't much to dislike but it might be little costly than others out there. We use Indiagital's services to automate customer engagement emails such as welcome mails, retention emails etc., This has helped us save time because we don't have to manually send these emails ourselves anymore.
