Works with my Wi-Fi router

Since my at&t router only has 1 phone line I was at a loss. I need 3 phone ports because I: 1. Have VoIP and use Panasonic wireless extensions. 2. I need a wired speaker in my office and 3. I have a Phillips Lifeline device (I fell and can't get up). It works well with all 3 devices.
