I like that this allows me to keep my records in one place. It is easy for clients to access their medical records easily. The program can be confusing if you are new to it. There aren't many training videos for veterinarians to learn how to use the software. If you have a PC with Excel or Word installed, you don't need additional programs. You can do everything you need within those two programs as well. Keeping track of our pets medical records has been so much easier. We also receive emails when there are updates.
