Most of the Swiss Diamond pans we bought flaked badly. Tried several times to claim warranty. This process is horrendous and the server often drops the connection during ticket creation. I've tried several times to "Create a Ticket" and submit a claim with attachments of various sizes and no attachments. The site has yet to successfully create a ticket. I am very curious if anyone has been able to make a warranty claim or get a repair or replacement. The "Lifetime Guarantee" isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I am very frustrated at having to make a claim and even more frustrated at the hassle. I'm not used to writing negative reviews. Disappointment with the warranty side prompted me to submit this.
