Smaller than expected
This backpack is smaller than I expected. Bought for a fifth grader. In her backpack she only carries a folder, 2 folders and a journal, but her lunch bag doesn't fit in it. I would have liked the main compartment to be bigger. The side mesh pocket is not very deep, so it needs to use a smaller water bottle to avoid falling out. The mesh on the side pocket ripped in the first month of school. Matching good quality lunch bag.
