Very helpful customer relation software and excellent product

I like that it is easy for me as an individual user, but also has many features available through their support system which makes this application useful in its entirety! Nothing really at all - great experience so far with Pick SAAO. Highly recommended if you are looking into any type of cloud-based service management solution such as salesforce CRM applications (Sales Cloud) etc., then definitely give them a try!! It's very cost effective compared to other companies out there who do similar services/products.

Pros

The software itself works well; however my only dislike would be how long they take from beginning until completion when working remotely via video conferencing or phone calls vs face2face meetings.It can sometimes seem too slow paced due mainly because everyone seems more relaxed over telephone conference call sessions than meeting eachother personally..I think some people just get uncomfortable speaking directly while being visually observed by others..so maybe pick up your pace? :)
