The support team was very prompt to respond, they were always interested in my feedback regardless of how minor or big it may be! I had issues that needed attention but their response time could have been better sometimes (maybe because i'm not as familiar with them). They're great people who care about you & your project's success!! Support when things go wrong at least there will still be someone around for help :) If other companies can provide 24/7 customer service like crustlab then we would all benefit greatly especially those working remotely.
