My other stylus pens have been half ballpoint and half stylus. I hated that my fingers were always where the pen came out. At some point all 3 old pins broke at this point. They are smooth from top to bottom and feel sturdy and comfortable for my older fingers. The rubber tip is more responsive on my smartphone's touchscreen than on my old one. I was wondering why one attaches a clip, but it serves multiple purposes, such as preventing the needle from unrolling once it's in place and actually using it to attach it to something. Finally, I love colors - there are lots of them and with so many pens included I can now keep one in each room and move my phone from room to room at will. We recommend.
