As someone who frequently shops for clothes, shoes, and jewelry online, I couldn't wait to check out the YESNO online store, which focuses specifically on products for women. On the other hand, my interactions with this business have left me feeling let down and aggravated. To begin, the user experience of the website was difficult to understand and was not user-friendly. The website was frustrating to browse because it was difficult to find particular items and filter search results. This made it difficult to find what you were looking for. In addition, the products I ordered did not live up to my expectations in terms of their level of quality. Despite following the sizing chart that was provided on the website, the clothing that I purchased looked like it had been manufactured on the cheap and did not fit well. The shoes I purchased were not only painful to wear, but also uncomfortable and of poor quality, as they resulted in blisters after only a short time of wearing them. I tried to get a refund for the things I had purchased, but the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive when I asked them questions. It took several emails and phone calls before we received a response, and even after we did, they refused to provide a complete refund for the faulty products. YESNO falls short in terms of quality, customer service, and the general shopping experience when compared to other internet stores that specialize in women's clothing. YESNO's prices are also significantly higher. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone, and I certainly won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
