Decent LTE router with conditional access function, so more than one cell can be connected, as long as it is within range, it is easy to install external antennas. More channels can be used for LTE. It's definitely a router, ethernet port 1 is for WAN access, like a cable modem etc, but if you're buying an LTE router, you probably don't have a cable modem. There are so many options it's unrealistic, Grid, LTE, Relay, Ap Point to Point etc.
