Good for low impact workouts
I got the 2xl and removed the padding they put in the bra. These are comfortable ans flattering. Will be great for my low impact workouts (walking and biking). Wouldn't recommend for heavy workouts as you'll give yourself a black eye. But, they keep the girls in place with no spillage or discomfort.
- The sports bra gives good support while I play pickleball. They are attractive and comfortable.
