Leaves something to be desired

I've had my RasPad 3 for a few days. I'm having some problems with the device. First of all, do not download the RasPad OS from their website. It is outdated and appears to be broken. Download and install the latest Raspberry Pi operating system. Install the screen rotation and right mouse button scripts and launcher using the RasPad tutorials. Touch accuracy needs to be calibrated on my machine, there was no documentation on that. Battery life could be better. It charges slowly and the charge doesn't last long. You need a physical keyboard to set a login password. It looks like the touchscreen keyboard isn't available until login. Either the user must keep the device 100% unlocked to avoid signing in, or they must carry a keyboard with them at all times for sign-in purposes. device, making it much harder for users to modify the device. Of course they will take all your crowdfunding money but will they keep the design? This behavior goes against what makes Linux so fun, being open source and whatnot. The overall build quality of the tablet and components seems high, so I wouldn't call the device completely useless. I can tell the company is trying to build an online community through their forums, but I don't see much fun in discouraging users from modifying the device.
