I'm 5 inches 4 feet. Now 167.8 pounds. My bust is 37.8, waist 26 and hips 42. It is well made and is my most comfortable bodysuit I have ever had. However, many reviews suggested that the size fit my figure and would be a perfect fit for the look I want, which I prefer for petite. I don't want the shirt to bag or pucker at the waist (which is 12 inches in diameter). I bought 7 overalls in different colors but had to return 6 because I ordered an LG and an extra LG. I left the middle one. After purchase (I returned 2 Calvin Kleins that I paid $50 each for). To be honest I really recommended this body fit fabric quality, comfort and fit.
