The best thing about NLDRG was their 24/7 customer service support! They were very helpful, fast to respond & always got back in touch with you when I needed help or clarification of something they did not understand. It would be great if NLDR could offer more than just one price for multiple years at once - it took me some time before realizing this wasn't possible. So we had 2 different prices (one yearly, another monthly). No problems there though since everyone knew what our pricing structure looked like so no confusion arose from customers' end :) We are currently looking into using them for all of our domains because they have been such good partners thus far.
