Use case: I need a USB-A hub to charge my AirPods and heart rate monitor on my Peloton bike. It took me a few months with my Peloton bike (not the original Bike+) to realize that its tablet had a micro USB port that I could use to charge. I charged my AirPods and heart rate monitor from an outlet in a different room, and it was annoying at times when I found myself pinned to the bike and only then realized I had charged one or both of those devices in a different room. That's where this handy little hub came in. It works great and I especially like how thin it is. I was a little concerned that every hub I had would look bulky or out of place on an aesthetically pleasing Peloton bike, but this little guy fitted in perfectly. Using just a tiny piece of double-sided foam tape, I installed this hub and it's barely noticeable. The only minor complaint I have is the red power light inside the hub. The hub's black plastic is translucent, diffusing the red light. It's somewhat helpful to know that the hub is plugged in and powered, but ultimately it's unnecessary. I solved this problem by putting a piece of black electrical tape over the area where the light was getting through the most. It's not a particularly special device, but it's commendable for how well it worked for my needs.
