I still can't believe how cheap and small this vacuum is, how much it collects. Every time I empty it, I'm surprised to find that there are so many small particles and dust in the mud flap. Not only am I very satisfied with the product! What was most amazing was their customer service. I contacted them through their Facebook page and they responded immediately. They asked for my email and responded quickly. After I briefly told them about the problems and sent them the order number, they happily sent me a new one. NO QUESTIONS! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRUSTING THIS BRAND.
