I like that it's so simple as well! It took me just under 10 minutes from signing up until my website was live (and fully functional). The support team are also super friendly & helpful - they're always quick at responding back when you contact them via email too which helps keep everything in order if there were any issues along side our own work etc.. Nothing really but i guess this may be because we've only been using 1 year now? They do offer other products such has web design packages however these aren't cheap by far compared what others charge though maybe worth looking into further once ready budget wise??
