Waste of money best in my review
I ordered 2 of these items. The blue one was great, I love it and very pleased. The black and white one was made very very small and did not fit at all. I am very very appointed and will not recommend. Everything should be same size. States one size fits all. Not the case here. One fits beautifully and then other I cannot get past my shoulders it was so small. Grrr
