Excellent customer service
I couldn't get the moniro to stay so I ended up sending it back but customer service was very helpful.
I would buy from them again and we'll see what I decide after re-evaluating my second monitor options. I gave it a 3 overall due to issues with the monitor, but the customer service and paid returns were excellent value in my opinion.
