It's okay eyes are best in the eyes
The product is not bad, but it turns out to be sticky! If you combine it with concealer before applying, you might like it better! I thought this would give me the big bold vibrant color I wanted with my neon pigments. And certainly not impressed. I think it's perfect for beginners or for those who do their own makeup. But if you have clients I wouldn't waste money on this primer p Louise is much better.
