I am Type 1 on the Fitzpatrick skin scale, but I hate sunblock. Enter these types of shirts.I requested this one because I tend to like the way men's items fit on me. (Less tight around the waist and longer in the torso.) Unfortunately, the small was too big for me. I'm 5'4" and 135 lbs. The sleeves and shoulders were ridiculous - for me.I offered it to my 5'9" husband who plays a ton of tennis. (i.e. He's way more fit than me.) It fits him, but he doesn't really like the gray color. He says he will probably wear it briefly during tennis warm up, and then once he gets going, it will end up by the side. (He also doesn't fear the sun as much as me.)All in all - it's a fine UV shirt, but lesson learned on the sizing. Hope this helps!
