I have Soundcore Life P2, Liberty Air 2 and now Liberty Air 2 Pros. I have a couple of issues that are unfortunately a deal breaker. There is a delay in sound when watching a video. I noticed it more on youtube but enough watching videos is frustrating.2. For some reason these headphones are not very comfortable for me, which is strange since I can wear the Liberty Air 2 for a long time without any problems. Maybe I need to look at the foam ear tips? I've also encountered the same issue where there seems to be little to no difference between normal mode, noise reduction mode, and background mode. I often have to check my phone to see what mode I'm in since they all sound so similar. On a positive note they sound fantastic and everyone I spoke to said they sound significantly better than the Air 2 on a phone. Phone call. Not sure if I have a bad set or if a firmware update can fix these issues. Although I will most likely return them.
