normal protection for interior accessories

Supplied without instructions on how best to attach it to the seat. There are 2 clips on the back that I don't know what to do with. So it doesn't hold up well. Made new every time. Closes the seat when fitted and does not compromise warmth or comfort. So far it looks strong enough.
