Lasted less than a year with very little use

I would have given 5 stars until last night I found the faucet in the bottom of the shower head was cracked and water was spraying everywhere. It has been used maybe 8 or 10 times since we bought it last June and upon inspection it is completely broken. Very disappointed and confused at how it could have broken with such infrequent use.
