I've been using a Logitech keyboard and mouse that works with a wireless adapter (Unifying Receiver) as I've had Bluetooth lag with Logitech Bluetooth in the past experienced for connecting keyboards and mice. I just can't use my bluetooth headphones, bluetooth mouse and bluetooth keyboard at the same time. I don't think the keyboard and mouse "fight" for airtime, but the headphones do consume most of the Bluetooth bandwidth. Somehow I believe and this leads to keyboard buffering. So far there have been no latency or buffering issues with this compact Microsoft designer keyboard. I'll admit this is the only Bluetooth device currently connected - I hear the built in speakers and use a mouse connected to a Logitech dongle to reduce my Bluetooth usage. So why this keyboard? I love MSFT's design fundamentals, looks, and build quality, and this keyboard doesn't disappoint. It's a pleasure to type on, ultra-thin and takes up very little space on my desk. Bought mainly for travel. Why am I not using the detachable keyboard that comes with Surface Go 2? Good question. Yes, when I take it out of the airport for some fast and dirty typing. But in my room, I like to elevate the Go 2 to whatever's handy (I currently use a tissue box) to bring it closer to eye level for easier typing. This means the detachable MSFT keyboard that comes with the Go will not work as it needs to be plugged into the tablet to draw power. So I mostly travel with two keyboards β the included keyboard case for fast typing in terminals, this Designer Compact for more comfortable working at the hotel desk, and an office conference room (two packs of unopened copy paper β excellent improv stand). .This keyboard is perfect for traveling. Slim and light. The box it comes in is a great holdall that doesn't take up much space. Thanks to the included hearing aid batteries, you are not afraid of large lithium batteries. I highly recommend this. I also recommend the Go 2 or, space permitting, the Surface Pro itself for use at the conference table. Great built-in camera for zoom, great built-in speakers when you're alone, solid connection with headphones and accessories, takes up very little space when you need to side-view documents, video streaming quality after work is excellent as opposed to most laptops. .Thumbs up!
