I usually love Sak bags and already have 3 from Revain with no problems. I bought this bag in dark grey. It arrived and seemed perfect. My large phone fits perfectly in the side slot. The bag was neither big nor small. However, when trying to close the zipper, it didn't work and wouldn't close as soon as I opened it. I liked the bag so much that I sent it back and asked for a replacement. A replacement came and it was defective. The zipper was "better" but stiff and I was afraid the zipper would eventually break. He also had bad stitches. The replacement is back too. So disappointed.
