I used this with a CVF ribbed belt system. After letting the engine run for about an hour, I pulled into a parking space. When the wheel turned all the way, I lost control. Fluid was leaking from the back of the pump and upon closer inspection it turned out that the back of the pump had just ruptured and the casing was cracked. I can only assume that full rotation of the wheel will create enough back pressure in the system to cause the pump to fail. This should not have happened if these units had been properly designed. Update: I just received a CVF Racing American Made replacement. What a difference in quality for $30 more. I wouldn't buy it again after seeing how much better the CVF pump is made.
