For the first two years I used them, they were perfect. However, in the past few months, I've noticed that they cause discomfort in my ears when listening to loud music. Now there are times when the volume is insufficient; I'd want for it to "pump," but it doesn't. Nothing has broken, nothing has fallen off, the phone's connector has not become loose, the cord has not become tangled, and the button still functions. The equalization improves the sound of the music, although it is not always sufficient. In short, preferences have shifted and adaptation is required.
