***review updated*** a bit late, but better late than never given the circumstances. I would like to start by saying that I was already disappointed with customer service after the last time I spoke to them because they offered a certain percentage discount but then after 2 messages (same day same few hours back and forth) they did changed it and was offered LESS which in itself was odd but I was happy with every refund. considering how frustrated I was with all of this, not even a month after all that with customer service anyway (knew I should have thrown this thing right after another situation) we got our little boy to sleep as usual one night (Daylight Saving time) and then all of a sudden I heard a strange wheezing sound when we finally got settled in our bed and went to sleep, my son was choking because he couldn't breathe, I've never had anything like that in my life Fear that pulled him out of bed so quickly and almost started shaking him because he didn't react, finally after what felt like 10 minutes but I'm sure it wasn't that long he started breathing again, now it's humid summer heat over Not a seller problem but we already have an extra air conditioner in our window so it wasn't even hot in the room it was fine 72-74 but the seller problem is, that they say it's breathable fabric and it's not obvious even if it's warmer outside not hot enough for my son to just stop breathing or something. My son couldn't breathe and WAS NOT. You can put our $50 fan next to this thing and it will barely go through the material, that's ridiculous, this thing is dangerous, especially for kids who are still at risk of SIDS, choking, etc. The service was inconsistent in help for hours after replying back and forth. At this point I don't need any help as this review update is so far from the latest situation but I would like to warn everyone else because it is DAMAGING AND DANGEROUS THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING AS YOU CANNOT REPLACE YOUR CHILD IF SOMETHING THROWS UP Poor airflow in this "Net" happens, look elsewhere or just don't buy it. So it's not worth it. Ok when I received the product I felt misled because you can see the gray side as shown in the ad is mesh which makes sense yes but I got the impression that it was partly completely darkened. I put this on our playground because we have 2 bedrooms in our house, our room and our eldest son's (1) room and our 5 month old son has to sleep in our room because he is so small but I thought , it would be perfect for dimming the little light that still shines in the room in the morning and also lights up our phone so it doesn't wake him up because I swear everything wakes up this baby lol the product was easy to apply so I did decided to leave the light on and climb in to check, my SO buttoned me up and yes it got about 75 percent darker but it was still noticeable and indeed when it wakes up and I try to cap a bottle do when i turn on the light he stops crying because he sees the light is so frustrating and it has to be breathable but i have a huge box fan and i put SUCH a space right next to it, allotted it dt, and I'll say AIR DIDN'T FIT THROUGH THIS THING B, AND IT WAS HOT, which worries me the most. My son gets too hot especially with summer coming and he is only 5 months old and overheating can increase the risk and likelihood of seeding so it's scary! Due to the pandemic I didn't have a chance to return the item anyway so we just kept it without risking going anywhere to get a refund. I have lupus and my kids are both under 2 and I didn't even want to write a review until I got an email asking how the product was and then it really got me thinking about everything , and I'm a bit disappointed and the picture looks very misleading at least to me, in general the product works "good", but I'm very disappointed, unfortunately I wanted to love it, but it's too late to back down close. I would attach a photo, but that doesn't give me an option either.
