I was hesitant to try soap as it dries out my already dry skin when I've used it in the past but wow what could be the opposite of that. I've been using body wash/loofah for a long time (at least 15 years or so) and always thought exfoliating was good for my skin to make it *extra* clean. I later found out that my washcloth is actually covered in bacteria since I rarely change it and daily wiping damages my skin. Decided to replace it and go back to using soap. It's hard to describe, but I feel a lot cleaner. My skin looks soft and fresh, which honestly made me feel better overall.
