I like their customer service team very much because they are always willing to help you out even if it's just for advice or guidance about your integration project. The price of this software isn't cheap but definitely worth every penny as far as functionality goes! Honestly there aren't many downsides at all when using Hrnex Integration Software; however sometimes we have issues where our ATS system will not connect properly, which can be frustrating since it causes us downtime while waiting until support gets back to me. We use hrnex to integrate between two different systems so employees can easily access information from both platforms without having to log into each separately.
