Pusher seems too small
I made 26 ounce cheddar cheese in this mold and it was left about 1/2 inch unpressed on one side. The shape is cone-shaped and the push rod is inclined nearly 1/4 inch at the bottom and 1/2 inch or more at the top. Maybe I could have centered it better, but I figured the pusher should fit the mold more tightly.
