Cute but unknown size chart

Based on a previous review I bought the size xs for my 3 year old daughter to find that she swam in it. She is just over 3ft 30lbs and wears 3T in Oshkosh, Gap and Crew Cuts. The XS tank came to her knees and was very baggy. Very pretty tank so we kept it but we have to wait at least a year for it to fit.
