Review on ⌚ Armitron Sport 45/7004 Unisex Digital Chronograph Watch with Nylon Strap by Jennifer Addison

I bought this to replace a five year old identical unit I bought locally at Walmart for the same $19 price. The battery eventually dies (after FIVE years!) They offer ONE or TWO YEARS of battery life. I didn't use the alarm system and rarely used the light. Good thing the battery lasts a long time. The battery is VERY difficult to replace, four tiny screws to remove the back cover, one screw and spring retainer to hold the battery. And then a reference to the "short circuit of the two indicated points”. Couldn't figure out which two items so I ordered an identical replacement. The instructions for my new watch asked the jeweler to replace the battery. They probably cost more than a new watch. With a new watch in hand, I decided to tackle those "two shorting points." I found two hidden dots under the word RESET. My old watch is finally working properly. So the new ones will be a replacement or maybe a gift for someone. Oh, and my old clock is very accurate, maybe a second or two PER MONTH behind (the most accurate clock I've ever had). The new ones seem very accurate. same.
