Bad formula Good for the eyes
Supposedly regular mascara but really hard to wash off. My make-up remover wipes crumble, but not quite. If I wanted a waterproof, oil-resistant mascara, I would buy it. Such a bad formula. There is a difference between long-wearing mascara and waterproof mascara. It also crumbles throughout the day.
