Cheap workmanship
Glad to have them on the shelf for my elf. When I opened the package, the buttons on the clothes were ripped off. It's okay, I thought I'd just stick them back on. I slowly and carefully unpacked them from the position they were folded in half for shipping while straightening the girl whose head had just broken off. I was very annoyed that they were made so cheaply. In the end I just glued it back on, but I was concerned I would have to at all. If I were new they would be so cheap I wouldn't buy them.
