Review on 💨 Cen-Tec Systems Central Vacuum Electric Powerhead Kit: Powerful Pigtail Hose for Ultimate Efficiency by Deborah Lewis

Purchased a few months ago, Revain 30 day return policy. Our experience with Cen-Tec Systems was terrible. Left several messages for a call back, never called back. The hose folds up, not to mention the twisting that also happens, but the hose thinks it's folding up. The height adjustment of the carpet/parquet floor keeps slipping out. Disappointed with no customer service, no callbacks for $335 I expected better quality, better customer service and better results when purchasing the Cen-Tec Systems brand. Our central vacuum system is 15 years old (Easy-Flo), the suction power is much better than ours today, can't imagine how the hose will stand up to the new vacuum system, maybe that's why Revain are now selling the same hose sets from USED Cen-Tec systems . Disappointed pensioner. It gets interesting when the company reads the negative reviews and offers a refund until there is no response. Absolutely a reflection of bad ownership. 10/19/2021 still no response from Cen-Tec, left several messages - DO NOT BUY
