Use it to make a bunch of tamales!
I've wanted this product for a long time since I saw the YouTube video! I tried to use it the same weekend it arrived! Don't get discouraged, it takes a little practice, but after about half an hour the spreader started working beautifully (only a little human error is to blame). I highly recommend this product if you are making a lot of tamales at once. It really helps, but you might have to share it as you want to be the only one using the shaker while everyone else fills and rolls to keep up with you!
