Do not use as a replacement for the sill of an existing door

Unfortunately, nowhere in the product description does it say that it must be installed in a curtain door before installing the door. Replacing the sill of an existing door. Yes I suppose I could try tearing off a piece of vinyl and drilling my own holes to attach it to the concrete but why couldn't they just include it in the description? Aggravating.
