Living in western Michigan, we get a lot of snow that puts salt on the car. I can honestly say that, since i put them on my truck no snow or anything else got on the truck behind the wheels when it hits the truck it's so minimal i don't see it i have big sets for this purpose (11") I wish I had done this 10 years ago and would definitely consider doing this with every car I own in Michigan.The only downside is you have to remove the wheels to install it.It wasn't a deal breaker for me , but it might be for some people.
