Review on Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Maker: Cutting-Edge Dark Grey Delight by De'Longhi by Chiyo Ogawa ᠌

Second-rate goods, I won't buy any more.

I decided on a model based on how little it was, and up until it broke, I couldn't have been happier with the flavor of the coffee it produced. It suddenly ceased reacting when the buttons were pressed. In passing, it was utilized once or twice per day (brewed about 50 cups of coffee). It remained functional for a little over a month until the manufacturer decided to honor the warranty and send it to a service center, where they determined that it could not be fixed. The courier provided me with a receipt stating that I can obtain an exchange or return by contacting the vendor and presenting it to them. The buyer should not count on the seller to comply with this request. I was able to return the money that was paid for it in some way. This went on for more than a quarter of a year. Purchasing is not something I encourage doing. The machine comes with a promotional code for 100 capsules, but in order to use it, you will need to purchase another 100 capsules. I did this because I dreamed of drinking delicious coffee every day that was prepared by pressing a single button on the machine. What should I do with all of these things now that they cost more than the coffee machine itself?

Pros
  • Delicious coffee
Cons
  • Disposable\sSalesman
