Received them about a month ago, can't comment on durability but they fit perfectly once they arrive, they are very soft and comfortable, really doesn't need breaking in time , unlike a regular pair of Doc Marten 1460, and they are definitely waterproof and excellent in winter and all seasons. Very cool tactical look but not too trendy. The lacing system is ok, the metal guides at the top take some practice but are decent once you get the hang of it. I bought them here for an absurdly cheap price and given the quality, comfort and waterproofing, I have no complaints. I really needed more waterproof boots for the New York winter and these fit the bill perfectly. They seem to last a few years but I wouldn't force it. The average pair of Timberlands is around $150 these days and may or may not last a few years, so it's fantastic if you're on a budget. They also look great for just going to a bar, date night etc and don't really look like ugly work boots etc given the tactical finish and design. This is probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever bought and doesn't require a break-in period, which is rare. I was forced to buy them online because DSW Shoes didn't have anything like this in my area and never (or rarely) stocked the smaller sizes.
