Item for sale as new.

Just received in the mail. They sold it as new and I paid full price for it but when I opened the outer box I knew straight away that it had been used, of course I'm very upset. I paid for something new and I expect to receive it in pristine condition. I am posting pictures so you can see what I mean. I paid for a new one and am expecting a new one, not something someone got rid of.
