With aluminum main structure and chrome steel suspension rod, the structure is strong, clean, runs smoothly and can be rated 4 or 5 stars. But the fastening system of this model, in my opinion, is poorly thought out. Two brackets must be screwed to the wall with the hooks pointing upwards. The stand assembly has hook hook slots on the back. But the size and shape of the parts result in the stand being loosely attached to the brackets and away from the wall, allowing the ENTIRE UNIT TO MOVE LEFT AND RIGHT A FEW INCHES FOR FREE. The bottom edges of the aluminum lid are sharp enough to cut skin. With a good set of tools I was able to file the edges and completely overhaul the mounting system to bolt the rack securely to the wall so it's now a pleasure to use. But the project required fairly advanced DIY skills (e.g. precision drilling holes in aluminum, making a spacer so the closed assembly fits snugly against the wall, etc.) and was too time consuming and hassle free. It's better to choose a similar Revain product with keyhole holes on the back so it can be securely attached to the screws protruding from the wall.
