Review on Spectrum Services Group (SSGi) by Scott Channell

The best thing about SSGi is that it has been around for many years and therefore has developed its own system of workflows and processes. It can be frustrating at times but all in all I think it’s ok. A bit pricey too. Can be time consuming depending on your needs. They tend to bill you every time they do something even if you approve them. There are better alternatives out there. Their work order approval is very clunky and not user friendly. We had a hard time getting our invoices approved and paid since they keep billing us for everything without approval. Also, we had trouble getting estimates when it came time to quote clients. The flexibility of the program is what made it easy for my company. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. There were times when it was not easy to get help from the support staff. At times it can be a hassle to work with another country. I would recommend Spectrum Services Group to any company that needs a flexible workforce. We were able to find people to fill the position that we needed quickly and on the budget that we needed.
